Yes, Sheri certainly is talented. As a person who draws myself, I so admire people who can paint and make something look realistically. Thanks for checking out my post. Take care.
How nice to meet another animal portrait artist. I am visiting from the Link Up and hope that you visit me as well. Have a great weekend!

How fun to go on a year-long trip with your beloved dog, Francene. I hope you took lots and lots of pictures. I’m sure you did. π Sheri does a marvelous dog capturing the spirit of an animal, doesn’t she? I love her work. Thanks for your visit and your comment. Peace
I’m enjoying this series. I have to tell you this story – a co worker lost her beloved dog, Buddy, after a long illness. That was a couple of years ago. Last week, she was playing with her phone (a simple phone) and found two short videos she made of her dog. She walked over and shared them with me. It made her so happy to see Buddy one last time. I’m sure the owners of these portraits will get much joy as their pets are captured forever.
Aww, that is a nice story, Alana. She’ll be able to watch that many times over. (I have videos of my Mom that I’m so glad I took in the weeks before she died.) Our dog, Jake, is a rescue dog and he’s forever attached to my husband’s hip, and that putting it mildly. He follows him everywhere. I mean, everywhere. I’m think of having an artist do his portrait as a gift to Jon. Jake is 14 years old now, so it won’t be too much longer … The problems is, I have about 60 artists coming up in my series and they’re ALL good. Decisions, decisions. π Take care, Alana.
